I went swimming
This isn’t unusual, but the heater to the pool stopped working weeks ago and the water temperature is currently 76.6 degrees Fahrenheit. It might not sound cold, but it feels cold, especially to someone with hypothyroidism. I wanted to swim for an hour but after twenty-five minutes I felt like I was going to pass out. I was exhausted the whole time. It was like fighting to just keep going. I know I went slower than usual and I was so much more tired than usual. I know it’s because the water is so much colder than usual. I did thirty minutes total and felt like I had done an hour and a half.

That is pretty cold. I’m glad you kept with it though. Hopefully the pool will be warmer next time.
